I've spent my career asking one question:

How might we collaborate to take big ideas from concept to commercialization?

That's led me to build innovation programs that do exactly that: connecting people with breakthrough innovations to the partners, resources, and market access that make them real.

At GreenWave, I created Kelp CoLab, a first-of-its-kind program helping CPG brands develop next-generation products using regeneratively farmed kelp. What started with a simple insight, became a 10-month collaborative R&D platform with Unilever, top beauty brands, and ocean farmers in Alaska.

Before GreenWave, I designed and led Good Food Makers, Barilla's accelerator program, through multiple cohorts. By connecting food-tech startups with one of the world's oldest food companies, brands were able to prototype, test, and scale new solutions.

I’ve also worked for a plastic-free grocery delivery startup, and at one of the leading food accelerators, Techstars Farm to Fork. Across the board, my work enables mission-driven companies to develop new products, raise capital, and access the market. I’m passionate about building a resilient and equitable future for our food systems and oceans alike.
